e) i'd have to say a court-appointed attorney would have the least interest in your case; they make the least amount of money and they (most of the time at least) are forced to take on too many cases at once.


f) i admire the respect that others give them and i despise the fact that defense lawyers make their money getting criminals out of trouble.

a. used one no, I have worked for one for about a 1 year.


b. I work for him, I think I should be making more working for him. I am a legal assistant, and I make $210. a week.

d. 3.5, he does better than a lot of other attorneys that I know, as for as doing what is best for his clients... I cannot say that there are winners in Family Court.


e. I do not think that I could say a %. In most cases clients do not know all the work that goes on behind the scenes so to speak, they are not happy unless they get everything they want, and most times that is just not possible. The first person they want to complain about is their attorney. If I had to I would say 10-15%. at the most.


f. The one I work for is honest, as soon as the come in the office, he doesn't beat around the bush, he lets them know what can be done, what will likely happen in their case. His downfall, he is not good at returning phone calls. Someone always calls the client back, but not always him.

e) depends, if you're talking about paid lawyers, I would say it's 50 - 50 if you're talking about public defenders, only like 20% of them actually do their jobs right!


f)most about lawyers is that they'll go to any extent to win, least about lawyers is that they'll go to any extent to win! ha!
