Good [pref Hosted] Platforms for Developer Community?

My software company is looking to create a semi-private developer community and needs a solid platform (preferably hosted) to build on. Needs typical stuff: user reg/mgmt, forums, kp, file/docs library, polling, etc. Wants: rewards/points functionality, more extensive surveying, good moderation tools, etc. Doesn't have to be free, but not too expensive. Looking at CommunityServer, OneSite, and Ning among others. But haven't found the right balance of features and turnkey. Ideas?

Good [pref Hosted] Platforms for Developer Community?
As an experienced webmaster I recommend BlueHost service which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting %26amp; I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.

They are a Multi-awarded Web Hosting which offer a Full-featured service only $6.95 a month. Their service is really perfect and uptime.

You can go there through the address below:

After going there, first take a look at theor Plan Deatails.

Good Luck!
