When the jail finally gets too full, which solution would you choose.

3. The principle of confinement doesn't change just because a jail gets full.

Reply:I would say 3 but I also what to add another option. People who have been on death row for more than 2 years should be killed and that would free up lots of room. Plus there should be no life sentence. If you are not going to get out you should be on death row and executed to make more room.

Reply:Send all of the death row cons to be turned into shark food. Then you can start paroling the ones that violated the community the least.
Reply:2- let the less offenders out to do some clean up in the towns and neighborhoods, put their butts to work to clean up the streets, parks, highways, etc.....make them fill up these darn potholes too..

Reply:#3 is my first choice, but that is usually not practical, so I'd have to go with #2.
